From our first conversation to your finished deliverables, every step is designed to feel natural and collaborative. Here's how we'll work together to create a relaxed environment where great images happen naturally:

Step 01

We’ll begin with a planning session to understand your style, voice, and the mood you want to convey. We’ll talk about your dishes, setting, and goals for the shoot—aligning on visual tone and making space for any creative ideas. From selecting plating elements to planning timing, every detail will support the story you want to tell.

Step 02

During the shoot, I’ll guide the process with a focus on light, composition, and natural flow. We’ll bring attention to textures, colors, and details while staying open to spontaneous moments. Whether we’re in the kitchen, plating space, or capturing ambiance, the session is designed to feel collaborative, calm, and creative.

Step 03

Once the session is complete, I’ll begin the editing process, which takes a minimum of two weeks. Each image and video is refined to enhance mood, color, and clarity. I’ll send you a few previews to review and make sure we’re aligned on tone. After that, your full set will be delivered, ready to share across menus, websites, and platforms.

Culinary promotional videos are about more than just showing how food or drink is made; they’re about capturing the heart of your craft, the passion behind each dish, and igniting a desire in your audience to taste and experience it.

FAQ’s

  • There needs to be a dedicated space to take the photos. It is best if the food is prepared specifically for the shoot. I need to be present for food preparation to help guide the aesthetics. Please make sure you have staff members available to do this.

  • It is best if the restaurant is open. This creates more opportunity for variety in the shoot to help contextualize the food and experience.

  • You will receive a couple of teaser photos beforehand to approve the artistic direction of the photographs. It will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to produce the final photos. This will also depend on your active participation in providing timely feedback.
