Presence Package

This 3–4 hour package provides full photographic coverage of your event, including 60 high-resolution images, and a professionally edited promotional video (up to 1.5 minutes, music only). Ideal for intimate or mid-sized events, this package preserves the spirit of the occasion through intentional storytelling, movement, and attention to detail.

Promotional videos are about more than just showing what you do—they’re about revealing the essence of who you are. These films are created to tell your story with depth, emotion, and intention.

Process

Events are rich with meaning—made up of energy, emotion, and fleeting connections. This process is designed to document your event in a way that feels immersive, respectful, and attuned to the moment.

Step One

Before the event, we’ll connect to align on your vision, walk through the schedule, and highlight important moments, people, or elements you want captured. Whether it’s a retreat, celebration, or gathering, we’ll shape a clear plan that gives space for both structure and spontaneity.

Step Two

Throughout the event, I’ll move intuitively and respectfully, capturing real moments as they unfold—from the quiet, unspoken details to the loud, joyful bursts. Interviews or video elements will be gently guided to feel natural and grounded, with a focus on honest, emotive storytelling.

Step Three

The retouching process will take a minimum of three weeks to complete, with each image and video carefully refined to bring out its full potential. I’ll send you a few preview images so you can review and confirm the style you prefer. This ensures the final set perfectly reflects your vision, resulting beautifully finished product.

FAQ’s

Have questions? Here are some common answers to help you feel prepared and confident before your session.

  • Depending on the needs and desires for the event, I can be as present or in the background as you need. My default is to be as unnoticed as possible. However, there are times when clients want me to interact more directly with event participants. This will be something we discuss in more detail during our preparation meeting.

  • Generally, the in-person content can be captured within the set time range. However, if you'd like to add more time, we can discuss the additional costs.

  • You will receive a couple of teaser photos beforehand to approve the artistic direction of the photographs. It will take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to produce the final images and videos. This will also depend on your active participation in providing timely feedback.

  • You will pay ½ the payment to hold your photoshoot date and you will pay the remaining 1/2 payment to receive the final edited photos.
