Process

Photographing a stay is about more than documenting a space—it’s about translating the feeling of being there. This process is designed to showcase your property with elegance, precision, and intention, creating visuals that invite guests in.

Step One

We’ll start with a collaborative walkthrough—either virtually or in person—to identify the features, moods, and story of your space. Whether you're a host, hotel, or retreat center, we’ll explore how light, layout, and texture can best be captured and plan around the elements that make your stay feel special.

Step Two

On the day of the shoot, I’ll move through each area with care, working with light and angles that bring the space to life. From architectural wide shots to cozy details, the session is focused on creating images that feel clear, natural, and welcoming, allowing the personality of your place to shine through.

Step Three

After the shoot, editing takes a minimum of two weeks. I’ll send a few previews so we can align on tone and make small adjustments if needed. Each final image and video is polished with attention to detail, resulting in a curated collection that brings your stay to life visually and emotionally.

FAQ’s

Have questions? Here are some common answers to help you feel prepared and confident before your session.

  • The space should be as clean and tidy as possible. Less clutter is better. It’s nice to have some extra items to add a little bit of flair, like fruit, flowers, and towels next to the pool, things that would show the experience people could have in the space.

  • We will need to plan accordingly based on the location's directional placement. Generally speaking, golden hour is best, meaning early morning or late afternoon. Night photos are available too for an extra price.

  • It's not a requirement, but it can be a nice addition. We will need to discuss who would be best suited to represent the clientele you are looking to target.

  • You will receive a couple of teaser photos beforehand to approve the artistic direction of the photographs. It will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to produce the final photos and videos.

  • You will pay ½ the payment to hold your photoshoot date and you will pay the remaining 1/2 payment to receive the final edited photos.
